Internet of Things (IoT) based Real Time Health Monitoring System is designed with the goal of reducing the stress and movement of sick and exhausted patients. For getting results immediately, IoT based Real time health monitoring system allows the patients to perform all the required medical tests at the same spot within a short period of time. In this research work, all the six testing devices were merged which is kind of a broad innovation comparing to previous history. According to the survey, most of the patients would prefer to use such kind of devices for the purpose of medical testing. Six individual devices (Thermometer, Blood Pressure, Glucometer, Pulse Oximeter, Heartbeat and ECG) are combined and turned into one device. Firstly, Proteus 8 professional is used to simulate all the individual testing devices and measured the results of the various parameters. After that the six individual circuits were implemented practically by using different sensors with the availability of Arduino and LCD Display. Finally, all the individual circuits were designed and integrated in Printed circuit board (PCB). In addition, an Android app was designed which has the main focus of collecting all the test results from the server. From the main device all the test results were uploaded and then delivered to the server using Global System for Mobile (GSM) module which is connected to the patient's and the doctor's cellphone to submit and check out the test results simultaneously. After the implementation and measuring the results from the main device, the obtained results were quite satisfactory. The system performance was analyzed with various results which is not harmful for human body and also economical which can be suggested depending on the final survey that is conducted to obtain the feedback from the users those who have used the device.
