Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite edge computing system is becoming an emerging topic and technology aiming to meet the ever-increasing computation requirements in extensive coverage. In this paper, a novel cost model of the system is established firstly, which can be formulated as a mixed integer nonlinear programming problem. And then the problem is decomposed into two sub-problems, i.e. computation offloading problem and resource allocation problem. Furthermore, a joint computation offloading and resource allocation (JCORA) strategy is proposed to tackle the two sub-problems as a whole. Simulation results show that the proposed JCORA strategy can reduce the average cost of system significantly.
