The paper describes experiments with a Digital Twin, which is intended to be used as a testbed for solutions in the field of centralized traffic control at airports. The data flow on spatial characteristics of vehicles is simulated using a special simulation model. A distinguishing feature of the model is the ability to describe and reproduce specific scenarios related to critical situations in the transport network that require the involvement of a centralized control system. It is assumed that in the early stages of using the Digital Twin, the role of the control system can be performed by a user who has the sufficient skills in traffic control. User decisions are stored in the Digital Twin's memory and can be used later to train a control system based on machine learning.
