This article designs and implements a highly selective and compact band-pass filter (BPF) for mobile phone terminals in the 5G n77 communication band based on high-resistivity silicon (HRS) passive integrated device (IPD) technology. The chip size of the BPF is 2*1.25*0.1 mm3. The test results show that the operating center frequency of the BPF is 3.75 GHz. The maximum insertion loss is less than 1.756 dB, and the minimum insertion loss is 1.52 dB in 3.3GHz ~ 4.2GHz. The minimum band rejection is 35.65 dB in 0GHz~ 2.69GHz. The minimum band rejection is 33 dB in 5.15GHz ~ 5.48GH. The minimum band rejection is 30 dB in 5.48GHz ~ 8.29GH. The simulation results are in accordance with measurement ones.
