Thin, ∼1 nm films of CaTiO<sub>3</sub>, SrTiO<sub>3</sub>, and BaTiO<sub>3</sub> were deposited onto MgAl<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> by Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and studied as catalyst supports for Rh.
