The results of this study demonstrated that La<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> NPs improved the spermatogenesis defects in mice. La<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> NPs inhibited Nrf-2/ARE signaling pathway that resulted in apoptosis in the mice testes.
