Abstract

HMGB1 promotes NHEJ via interaction with Ku70 resulting in resistance to IR and cisplatin. Inhibition of HMGB1 by glycyrrhizin is a potential therapeutic regimen to treat cisplatin and IR resistant NPC patients.
