Abstract

Selected <i>N</i>-glycans improve type 2 diabetes and CVD prediction beyond established risk markers. Plasma protein <i>N</i>-glycan profiling may thus be useful for risk stratification in the context of precisely targeted primary prevention of cardiometabolic diseases.
