Challenges and Issues in Test Process Management

Abstract

This paper identifies the issues and challenges faced during various activities of test management. The main emphasis of this work is to determine the optimum point of testing, Causes and obstacles faced during the selection of a test optimum point. This work also emphases usage of cause-effect graphing and to reduce the cost of overall testing process.
