complication which I find fairly frequently -namely, pain in the right subcostal area.I feel certain that it is a manifestation of change in the biliary system, but it is not a colic, the pain being dull and steady with tenderness in the same area.One patient had an area of paraesthesia in addition.It tends to continue intermittently throughout the prenatal course and disappears after delivery.To date I have found no good explanation for it, or method of relieving it, other than by using analgesics.-Iam, etc.,
