Abstract

The accumulated data suggest that CST may play a protective role in Ang II-promoted proliferation and migration of VSMCs via inhibiting the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family pathways, providing a new orientation of CST in protecting against cardiovascular diseases.
