The possibility to control and transform the magnetic domain structure during the growth process of NiFe nano-objects with the ability to realize single-, two-, and multidomain states within a single particle is shown. It was found that a single-domain state is possible when the crystallite size corresponds to the particle size. The configuration of polycrystalline NiFe nanoparticles determined the transition between two-domain and multidomain states. This was made possible by the controlled growth of NiFe nano-objects in the initial stages of electrolyte deposition. Among other things, it was shown that an increase in the nanoparticles density in arrays of zero-dimensional objects near the percolation threshold reduces the domain magnetic moment due to the enhancement of the magnetic exchange interaction and partial reorientation of the magnetization vectors. At the same time, the size of the domain wall remains insensitive to particle size, filling density, and value of the domain magnetic moment.
