Abstract

Stable mixed-metal Fe<sup>III</sup>/Ni<sup>II</sup> MIL-100 MOFs have been synthesized <italic>de novo</italic> and have been explored as superior heterogeneous catalysts in acid catalyzed reactions, presenting superior performances.
