Loss-of-function mutations in SPEF2 cause multiple morphological abnormalities of the sperm flagella (MMAF)

Abstract

Our experimental findings indicate that loss-of-function mutations in the <i>SPEF2</i> gene can cause the MMAF phenotype in human.
