Value Evaluation of Data Assets: Progress and Enlightenment

Abstract

Background: Complex and diverse and heterogeneous data assets promoted the development of new forms and new industry of services in the big data industry, whose value evaluation is directly related to the internal management and external circulation of data assets. Process: Based on the literature measure, this paper sorts out the existing literature and concrete practice from the perspectives data asset value evaluation, value evaluation object, value evaluation system and value evaluation method. Results/Conclusions: The enlightenment of understanding the dilemma of value evaluation of data asset, emphasizing and carrying out the value evaluation of data asset, and developing the methods of value evaluation of data asset are obtained.
