Mud crab Scylla olivacea a fishery commodities with high economic value. The survival rate is still low, especially the crab larvae stadia zoea until megalopa. Supplementation on rotifers and Artemia with fatty acids omega-3 HUFA and hormones ecdyson able to increase the survival rate. The aim of research to analyze the performance of developmental and larval survival rate of mud crab supplemented omega-3 fatty acids, Nannochloropsis and hormones ecdyson. The results of the research as an innovative engineering technology physiological mangrove crab larvae in order to increase the production of seed suistainable. This study will be conducted at the Research Station Maranak, Research and Development of Brackish Water Aquaculture Maros (BPPBAP Maros). Test animals used in the form of mangrove crab larvae stadia zoea-1. Aquarium research container in the form of capacity of 50 L. Larvae density of 50 larvae/L. Stage larval indeks and survival rate of test parameters. The study design in the form of RAL with 3 treatments namely omega-3 HUFA, hormon ecdyson, Nannocholoropsis and without supplementation as a control, 3 replicates that will be analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed that the type of material supplementation significantly (P<0.05) against the larval stage index and survival rate of mud crab larvae.
