In recent years, User eXperience has became a rather popular research field for services or products development. To meet the high user expectations, designers tend towards bringing users into the design process on creating a new product or service, in an attempt to understand and then satisfy efficiently users' needs. This paper analyzes users' requirements, proposes methods to enhance user modeling and describe the interaction process between users and Cultural Heritage applications and products.
