The binary optical element (BOE) is an optical imaging element having a binary relief structure on its surface. This study analyzes the impact of the vibration of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) on optical systems containing BOEs. First, we calculate the diffraction efficiency of BOE and analyze the effect of the incident angle on its diffraction efficiency. After that, we construct the displacement-image shift model caused by the vibration of the platform and analyze the factors affecting the size of the image shift. From this, the variation of the point spread function of the optical system under the vibration of the platform is calculated. And we perform image simulation based on the calculated point spread function. Finally, this paper summarizes some factors that led to the degradation of image quality and proposes a method to reduce the degradation of image quality.
