In this study, it is aimed to present new suggestions for dating and different historical processes for the inscription of TOPADA in Nevsehir-Acigol, dictated by Tabalian king Wasusarma. This study concentrate on evaluations of the informations obtained from the TOPADA inscription on the basis of both other written sources and the recent archaeological results related to this period. The historical process, of mostly the last thirty years of the 8th century BC, was formed around political actors such as Assyrians, Urartians, Muskians and Kimmerians within the geographical region extending from the Kizilirmak basin to the Taurus. This study offers new suggestions for these historical continuities and changes in the geography of Tabal, as well.
