Abstract

Our results suggest that NK and CD8+ T cells are over activated and proliferated in MPP children; the upregulated <i>IFNγ, PRF1, GZMB, FASL</i>, and <i>GNLY</i> may play important roles in the pathogenesis of children MPP.
