Breast Cancer Screening in 2018

Abstract

This Clinical Update reviews the benefits and harms of breast cancer screening in women aged 40 to 49 years and calls for better tools to quantify and communicate the balance between the two to facilitate shared decision making between physicians and patients about the need for mammography.
