Enhanced Single‐tube Multiplex PCR Assay for Detection and Identification of Six<i>Arcobacter</i>Species

Abstract

The new mPCR assay is useful not only for pure but also mixed cultures. Moreover, it has the ability to rapidly detect six species which enhances the value of this technology for aetiological and epidemiological studies.
