Sonographic appearance of subungual squamous cell carcinoma in the hand

Abstract

Subungual squamous cell carcinoma is very rare, but it is the most frequent primary malignant tumor of the nail bed. Therefore, its diagnosis and treatment are crucial to ensure a favorable prognosis.
