The Present Status of Research on Sediment Transport

Abstract

The problem of sediment transport, as it is known today, has been examined briefly in this paper. The significance and implications of the various phases of the problem have been emphasized; controversial issues have been discussed; and efforts have been made to unify some of the highly diversified results.
