Abstract

Sb2S3 is decorated on mesoporous TiO2 films via a sequential deposition method. The morphology is tunable, and the loading amount can be simply controlled. Using this technology, a high efficiency of 6.27% was obtained for the Sb2S3-based solid-state solar cells.
