The clinicopathologic significance of lymphocyte subsets in acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract

In total, we demonstrate that in AML, the subset distribution of immune system lymphocytes is nonrandom, and suggest an important role for distinct lymphocyte subsets, particularly NK cells, in this disease.
