Coherent Non-Linear Interaction of Waves in Plasmas

Abstract

The subject matter of this book derives formally from earlier work on mode coupling in electronic devices (parametric electronics) and in nonlinear optical phenomena. Its current importance is in relation to the fundamental processes underlying turbulence in plasmas and more particularly to laser–plasma interaction as an active path to fusion.
