(Abstracted from Br J Anaesth, 116(2):241–248, 2016) The Quality of Recovery-15 (QoR-15) is a short-form postoperative quality of recovery score composed of 15 questions covering 5 domains of patient-centered health status. It has an 11-point numerical rating scale, yielding a minimum score of 0 (very poor recovery) and a maximum score of 150 (excellent recovery).
