ONS improved strength outcomes in malnourished older adults with sarcopenia. In those with mild-moderate sarcopenia, but not severe sarcopenia, consumption of the E<sub>ONS</sub> improved leg muscle strength and quality compared with the standard C<sub>ONS</sub>.
