Supplier Selection by Neo-TOPSIS

Abstract

Strength of a supply chain (SC) depends on strength of each loop of whole chain. One of the important loops in supply chain management (SCM) is supplier selection in purchasing process. A good technique for selecting supplier should be simple and involved both quantitative and qualitative attributions. This paper proposes a model that modified the traditional TOPSIS technique.
