Abstract

The investigation of cubic spherical submicron particles of non-doped Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>and Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>doped with Eu<sup>3+</sup>in a TEM using CL from individual particles is described.
