Abstract 1.1. A method of producing in vitro phagocytosis of gum arabic-coated iron spherules by neutrophilic leukocytes of human blood is reported. 2.2. Centrifugation of blood with neutrophils containing iron will produce an efficient separation of lymphocytes.
