Sister Joseph's Nodule and Malignant Ascites in Multiple Myeloma

Abstract

This letter relates to the increased number of multiple fibroadenomas seen in women receiving hormonal contraceptives. 12 patients aged 17-30 years were found to have 2-4 nodules which increased rapidly in size while on oral contraceptives and prompted surgical intervention.
