The angiographic findings in two cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the pancreas are reported. Tumor blushes were present in both cases and one case showed hypervascularity. These angiographic features distinguish this lesion from the typical adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. Squamous cell carcinoma should be included in the differential diagnosis when hypervascularity or a tumor blush are demonstrated in the pancreas.
