Characterization of the natural products in cocoyam (<i>Colocasia esculenta</i>) using GC–MS

Abstract

Results showed that C. esculenta possesses strong antioxidant activity and also contains some important bioactive compounds that justify its medicinal properties as used in ethno-medicine.
