Owing to multipathological factors of Alzheimer's disease (AD), the aberrant GluR mediated the neurotoxicity of beta amyloid and microglia, enhanced the production of tau protein, altered the G proteins signaling pathways, participated in damage of oxide radicals and apoptosis, accelerated AD at last.
