Abstract

Stroke impairment assessment,whic h can guide us to set down the plan of tr eatment,is the key link during the re habilitation program.We can find out the developm ental rule and assess prognosis or fi nal result of patients who suffer fro m different impairment by the stroke impairment assessment.Furthermore,the assessment establishes the basis of clinical scientific re search.This study summarizes strok e impairment assessment set(SIAS)founded in Japan in 1990and Chinese c linical nerve function assessment s tandard(assessment standard)revised in 1995.
