Liposomes for Gene Delivery

Abstract

The functions, the types and the history of liposomes for gene delivery are studied. The composition, the classification and the working principles of the transgenosis of the cationic liposome, which is a promising kind of gene delivery, are introduced. The parameters which affect the physical chemistry of cationic liposomes/DNA complexes and their preparation are discussed.
