On Revising China's Foreign-related Civil Procedure

Abstract

China's foreign-related civil procedure should protect China's public policy and adequately adopt general practice in the modern international community for resolving foreign-related civil cases fairly and speedily and promoting international civil transaction.Accordingly,China's foreign-related civil procedure should be revised the basic principles,procedural status of foreigner,jurisdiction,civil judicial assistance and so on.
