IT IS the object of this report to call attention to an unusual metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma, simulating cellulitis, and to re-emphasize the importance of early, prompt biopsy.Case ReportA 60-year old Navajo was referred to the Navajo Medical Center from the United States Indian Hospital, Shiprock, New Mexico, because of a hard cutaneous and subcutaneous swelling of the right side of the face and neck, and suprasternal area that was progressive and had begun with a small pimple of the right cheek 3 or 4 weeks previously. There had been progressive difficulty in swallowing as well as hoarseness. . . .
