Abstract

Synchronous BM was more common in NSCLC patients with <i>EGFR</i> MT than in those with <i>EGFR</i> WT. However, <i>EGFR</i> mutations were associated with significantly longer median BM-OS, especially when the brain was the first metastatic site.
