This paper presents an emergency assistance system for helping deaf-mute people or elderly singletons, called iHelp, which is a real-time emergence reporting mobile devices application software in smart phone. The proposed system not only assists deal-mute people or elderly singletons in the shortest possible time to report, the report also uses SMS intimate to achieve offline report.
