Methionine and Kynurenine Activate Oncogenic Kinases in Glioblastoma, and Methionine Deprivation Compromises Proliferation

Abstract

We have connected a four-metabolite signature, implicated in the methionine and kynurenine pathways, to the promotion and maintenance of glioblastoma.
