Abstract

ECP is effective in both chronic and acute GVHD, particularly in lung forms. ECP can reduce the duration of immunosuppressive therapy and improve erythroid recovery. ECP product quality, including standardization for the number of mononuclear cells for each patient, needs further investigation.
