Angiographic Demonstration of a Glioma Involving the Wall of the Anterior Cerebral Artery

Abstract

The authors present a case of invasion of the walls of major cerebral arteries by a glioma, with histopathological documentation. The peculiar segmental, irregular, but essentially fusiform aneurysmal dilatation, although rare, is characteristic enough to be diagnostically significant.
