Cushing’s syndrome due to autonomous macronodular adrenal hyperplasia: long-term follow-up after unilateral adrenalectomy

Summary This report describes a case of Cushing’s syndrome due to autonomous macronodular adrenocortical hyperplasia in which unilateral resection of the right adrenal resolved the Cushing’s syndrome.
