Abstract

The typical thyroid lymphoma patient is female and elderly with painless thyroid enlargement. Compressive symptoms of the aerodigestive tract are common at presentation and may require urgent intervention. Treatment modalities (XRT, CHOP chemotherapy) and outcomes are distinct from other thyroid malignancies.
