Our document offers an overview of different
\npositions that may be helpful for clinicians and
\nparents. It also provides the basis for a debate—
\nwhich is necessary in Italy, where any discussion
\nabout end-of-life decisions, particularly in
\ninfancy and childhood, is still controversial.
