Giant Amphiphiles by Cofactor Reconstitution

Abstract

Controlled modification of horseradish peroxidase with an apolar polymer chain (see figure) by cofactor reconstitution leads to giant amphiphiles, which form vesicular aggregates in aqueous solution.
