The Effects of Taurolidine, a Novel Antineoplastic Agent, on Human Malignant Mesothelioma

Abstract

Taurolidine has significant antineoplastic activity against MM in vitro and in vivo, in part, due to tumor cell apoptosis. These findings warrant further study for potential clinical usefulness.
